  6. The next screen comes up with an additional information screen. This is if you have purchased online personal training, so you can put n your goals and body weight, height measurements. This will give me a base to start with once we first chat via email/phone call/skype.

  7. Then you will go to a billing page, so put your address and card details in andclick "order and pay now".

  8. Once you have securely finished paying, the e-book will be able to be downloaded straight away in PDF format for easy viewing. If you purchased online training I will contact you shortly to discuss your new training regime.
