Here are the rules you need to stick to:

  1. Commit to atleast 3 workouts a week
  2. Drink atleast 2 litres of water a day
  3. Do not eat any processed foods, only whole foods
  4. Find a nutrition plan and stick to it
  5. Find a exercise plan and stick to it
  6. Get enough sleep
  7. Have fun :)
